Where on the Tesla app can you find a person’s credit?

In your wallet. It will appear as “Tesla Credits, $2,500.”

This is very frustrating. I'm trying a method where I keep putting items in my cart when they are in stock until I reach the total voucher value, then hit order. Hopefully that gives them a logistical headache.

I know! It's crazy. But I don't see an alternative unless they convert to account credit rather than a one shot voucher.

I know! This whole FS add on is a s*** show. Lightbar, cub cap, voucher, PowerShare, FSD, etc etc. Just give us the damn truck for $80k/$100k without making people spend money on something they don’t know/need/want!!

The only reason I’m not annoyed is because CT is one hell of a magnificent machine!

Yeah , you nailed it. I think most of would of rather paid $2500 less instead of being forced to pay more and take a credit for something offered that isn’t even available yet

My delivery was July 3rd and I haven't received any $2500 credit or and info on power share as of yet.

Actually glad I got the voucher not gift card. Voucher was worth $3080 on the PowerShare equipment after tax. Assuming $2500 gift card would have left me $580 in the hole.

The day you picked it up or the day before they would have sent you a e mail telling you about it and you would have had to accept the terms before purchase. Maybe check your e mails? Also after that I didn’t receive any notice I just went to my app and clicked on my photo in the app then went to “wallet” and there it was a 2500 credit, mine was for shop credit to be used with in a year and not needed to use in only one purchase but it is possible thet end user your delivery date was in July you will have the “1 time use voucher”

That’s definitely a problem. I would start a chat in your app with someone if that’s possible if not I would go down to the Tesla place deliver center or order center and talk to someone. They make it so hard to even talk to anyone it’s kind of annoying
