It's in the employees and influencer phase for now where almost all the new stuff is like ASS.

Everything is in a holding pattern. Tesla is currently working on a demo for 10/10 RT event where they are going to geofence a RT ride. Many speculate that's where all their resources are focused on.

Even if FSD comes to the CT in September, it will go to the wider employee group and influencers for a few weeks before rolling out wide.

This is the way with Tesla.

The rollout seems to have stopped or be very small scale.

For park assist (which I now love and can’t do without), the rollout was fast. Lots of videos online, lots of chatter here.

This is taking way longer. Either they’re tweaking it after the small rollout, or it’s slow for some other reason

Still learning. Just picked up my CT 6 days ago. How do I operate park assist?

If you put the car into reverse, even for a second, it should turn on automatically. You’ll see the screen kind of change in a bit of an overhead heat map pop up. If you’re not seeing that yet, it will come through as an update, I would imagine soon.

Like @Coagulation said (WTF that user name tho....)
Just wanted to add that it isn't a self driving feature, its a visual guide of where your lines are, which is VERY helpful for me with the 4 wheel steering, wide truck, and not being able to see the ground around me. Since it's release I've been able to park between the lines!!

It took me a while to learn to this well on an ICE truck, then with the forward sitting position of the CT and 4 wheel steering,... Yup completely different beast to master

Up until this release, I was seriously missing the 360 camera view in my other car while parking. This new visualization pretty much replaces that, which is nice.

I still use the cameras to tune the front and back distances, though.

Same here. I really struggle being able to tell if I'm straight in a parking space without it also, so I use it extensively to not accidentally park like a asshole lol

I know, right? I feel like a Cybertruck ambassador when I'm in a parking lot, so I don't want to come off like a douche by parking crooked!

On the plus side with the truck - it's really nice not to worry about door dings.
