These things are a bitch. Despite watching the Tesla video and other videos, I still managed to scratch my wheels and broke 2 clips off the covers while installing them.

is it easy to add air in the tires or you have to remove the covers? Seem like a hassle to add air if you have to remove and reinstall the covers?
They have to be removed to add air.. I pulled one off and put it back on a few minutes ago and I will upload the video... wasn't too bad the 2nd time around.

Either a clickbait title or cluelessness. The hardships described look more like user error. If you look at the clips and thought it goes around the spoke, that would explain things

100% user error. They are very unforgiving.

The "aero" covers scratched the rims on my MY. I've seen a lot of people complain about that. They were never removed except when I changed tires, but there were very obviously and some rather deep scratches in the rim.

Just be aware, if you use these...you will likely keep them on or have scratches.
