2024.32.5.4 Update Now Rolling Out

Maybe this update will fix what the last one screwed up. Got my wiper motor replaced under warranty last week. Worked great. Then the previous update for parking installed. Right after, as soon as my truck hits 30 mph it jumps the wiper out over the windshield 3 inches. Exactly at 30 mph everytime. Then when I go back into park it moves out of the way. Not quite all the way though. Yes, I tried the 2 scroll salute and that didnt fix it either.

got home and it started to DL right away, but now it is stuck on 100% and the spinning wheel is spinning...not sure the difference between 5.3 and 5.4 is....besides .1

I had a similar case, you can actually give it some”gas” and it’ll go faster.

Oh really? I didn't know that was possible. How much faster before it disengages I wonder.
When you are doing it, do you guys hover your foot over the brake for potential issues? I guess thats the benefit if it goes super slow, it should be obvious and give you time if it is going to screw up.

anyone else have this issue? the software says downloading 2024.32.5.4 100% for over an hour. I restarted my phone thinking that would help but it did not. It did not install yet, but it says downloaded 100%.

it seemed to turn on my PowerShare ability for my beast. Just in time for the impending storm.

Don’t worry, my download was little over 3 hours. From 32.3 to 32.4 yesterday…

Press the Brake + Hold down both scroll wheels on the Squirkel until the main screen turns off and the Cybertruck logo appears, release and watch the SW status.

Mine completed after that! If you ever experience a sluggish interface or any other oddity, perform that restart (It's the same on all Tesla's).

Thanks, I got impatient and went out to cause some havoc...I mean see if I can fix it. I put it in service mode and when I exited Service mode it started installing. No problems after that

Looks like 2024.32.36 is now rolling out, and has more downloads than 32.5. Same releases notes though.

There used to be a industrial screen that you had to hold 3 corners when rebooting it to get into it's settings and they called it the 3 finger salute, so I co-opted it for the scroll wheels and I call it that!

Um, hold 3 corners of a screen? "Three Finger Salute" is holding Ctrl, Alt, Delete to soft reboot a computer, and ese days to open task manager.

This version is just as bad as any initial vision parking assistance. . Lots of room for improvements. (it took several years until my 17MS finally had good parking assistance, in my opinion/experience.)
Currently, my CT tells me to stop when I still have almost a foot before the curb is under the truck..

Doh! I did not press the brake, maybe thats why it didn't install. I did get it to install by going in and out of service mode, or at least I think that is what did it.

The app notified me that I had the update ready to go but after i connected to Wi-Fi, as it asked, it showed that the software was up to date but it was a previous version. What's up with that
