I've had bad luck with no-name electrical equipment on Amazon. Had a few power strips blow out.

Does any reputable brand make a UL Listed version or is this type of device frowned upon?
I have no connection with this product or financial gain. That said, it has a very good use rating. This is also 120v 20amp usage. For typical day to day camping, tailgating, construction, etc. I don't see this being an issue whatsoever.

Hee, I just bought that kettle at KMart, our old one failed out.

Nice! Simple, I made a cord like that for our generator.

Yes, those things are worth their weigh in gold. Super fast too.

Cool but if I used an electric grill camping I would lose my man card. However I would connect a tv to watch football ?

Being the NEMA 14-50 220VAC Outlet actually contains two 110VAC circuits that are 180 degrees out of phase, it's naturally a good idea and useful to split those circuits out into an adapter of one doesn't need 220VAC for anything.

While the other 110VAC outlet on the Cybertruck is rated at 20 amps (as noted by the horizontal portion of the left slot in each socket), the amperage in the 14-50 circuits is much higher which will help prevent overloading when multiple higher current devices are in use.

I think this was a great find.

I did a tailgate at the Penn State game last weekend and it used 1%.

Tesla Cybertruck Power adapter to add 4 additional power outlets to Cybertruck bed. Makes tailgate party even better! IMG_0004

On our latest camping trip we had our portable fridge/freezer, Starlink Gen 3 plugged in 24/7 when not driving, and used a water kettle, an electric griddle, and of course charged our phones etc with minimal draw. Even with the lights on in the bed while in tent mode and cold nights (no heat in the cabin) and we’d lose less than 10% per night.

Thats fantastic. if you look at my youtube channel, I used the truck at burning man for a week. That said, we covered it with a white tarp, to reduce battery cooling etc. But we used it as a power plant. Worked perfectly. Got back to Reno with 90 miles left.

I've been using this "L14-30P to L14-30R + 5-20R x 4 Receptacle Power Cable for 7500W Generators, 10 Feet, 30A, 125/250V - Iron Box # IBX-11858 (10 ft)" since I had my F-150 Lightning. Still carry it now with my CyberTruck and use it with a NEMA 14-50 to L14-30S adapter. It lets you tap the two 120vac legs and still use the combined 240vac or extend it yet again to some additional loads.

Does anyone have the link to the original 240 extension cord referenced in this first post?
