On my brand new Tesla Cybertruck I discovered that I can't use the 220V outlet to provide power -> Anyone else have this problem? I use the default included mobile charger and try charging another Tesla.
At first I thought it never worked and Tesla service confirmed it when I brought it in and a week later I picked it up and they said it was fixed. I tested that evening and it did work but charged it overnight and next morning didn't work anymore.
I tested it and it has a weird bug - it works fine BELOW 71% charge but NOT above 75% charge. I charge to 80% and it never works until I drive around until car is below 71% charge. Charge it back up and it doesn't work again. I tested this 3x and Tesla service confirmed the same.
Tesla Confirmed it and they've been working on it for a second FULL week. This car was brand new, took me 30 days to make an appointment at first available. They took it in for a week, sat on it and then replaced the power unit. Didn't fix it and second week they are talking to "engineering" and testing all the wires but doesn't seem to be progressing at any reasonable rate of speed eg I can see in the app sitting at 23% power all day. Again into the 3rd full week of repairs.
Picked it up in Washington State Spokane Tesla so this should be the state then registered it over in Idaho so these Lemon Laws should apply eg after 30 days need to give me a refund or new car.
Seems they acknowledged this and put in the "buy back" request but told me would take 3 weeks.
Guess it's cheaper now with non-foundation series available but I was excited to finally be able to test it but it's been in the Tesla shop for longer than I've driven it.
Anyone with issues
