RN11278xxxx holder here - exact order as Noah Webb. My guess is Toronto/ON gets them first before Vancouver/BC.

EDIT: Just noticed their Order Date was on August 9th, 2024. Mine is August 10th, 2024. My guess is they're also going by this info, not RN#. I've already read some users in Alberta, Manitoba, and Kitchener getting VINs because of Order Date.
