Car wash won't wash my cybertruck

In North Florida we have a car wash chain where you can buy monthly memberships called gate Express. I pulled up today to get my wash and they told me they no longer wash cyber trucks do to the risk of potential long-term damage.
Of course the poor kid had no clue what type of damage or risks cause them to stop washing them but they did refund me my monthly membership
Since I've been washing my truck at this car wash for 3 months now. I would suspect the problem is the graphene or ceramic or wax coatings which I never get. I just get a basic wash and dry. The other possible issue is just the chemicals in the soap which are typically acidic causing problems with the finish but I haven't seen that myself.

Also. Be careful of OLD car washes. The one in St Augustine jerks the cable chain. It has caused my car to engage brakes.

I'd also imagine the CT panels have been shearing off the bottom motor side washers.

Jumping the rail may be one as mentioned, but if the car wash uses brushes are hanging strips, they may be catching in some of the areas and damaging their equipment.

The first time I washed my truck I used my expensive Meguires car wash, dumping the normal couple of ounces in the bucket. That stuff is great for paint, with ingredients that work well for paint, but it leaves a scrum of those ingredients on the stainless that is - of course - not removed during the rinse. When finished, the truck looked worse than it did before I started.

Now, when the truck is dirty, I do this:
Heavy water spray to get all the major surface dirt/mud/other off, using a brush if needed. Then a few drops (no more!) of Dawn or other mild dish soap in a large bucket of water to scrub with the brush, rinsing immediately, and drying with a towel or chamois. Then I use Sprayway and a microfiber cloth to remove any remaining water spots or missed stuff. The whole job takes less effort than washing my old truck.

For normal road film, finger prints bugs and such, I just go over the truck with a microfiber cloth and Sprayway - very quick and effective.

For really tough spots I use Bar Keepers Friend, but it is rarely needed.

I dread the "soft touch" brushes with any car or truck, I had a membership at a local touchless wash, but have been very satisfied with just a high pressure rinse and Sprayaway for the CT.

Basic soap and water does a great job.

I often use a manual car wash with the foaming brush. The warmer water and soap tend to easily remove any fingerprints.

For drying, a squeegee makes it easy.
