So, he complained about his friend not getting to transfer just to be able to later say that they did in some crazy psyop to make people think they could transfer FSD even though it would quickly be debunked when others were not able to???

Is it a taxing process to transfer fsd?

Not at all. When I picked up my new Model 3 it was already done. All that is needed is the 2 VINS.

Full disclosure - I'm a details person (CPA/ESQ).

Long story short, after asking multiple times via text with Tesla on how to accomplish the FSD transfer from my model S to my upcoming CT; I finally became frustrated and drove to the local delivery center to speak with a manager.

They'll ask you to fill out the attached form and the FSD transfer will become effective 24-48 hours after you take delivery of the CT.

FYI - I'm keeping my model S, but it will become the wife/kids car and none of them are comfortable with FSD so it would be a waste to keep FSD on that car. Plus, I'll probably replace it in the next 24 months with a newer model.

Excellent! Also I filled out a form for a Tesla advisor to call me and the advisor confirmed it as well.

The advisor even asked his supervisor to be extra sure.

So I’m convinced now and I placed an order. Just really hope it gets here before the end of the year otherwise I will bail and lose the $250.

The advisor was honest and did say he couldn’t guarantee I’d get one before the end of the year but I figured it’s worth a shot.

I took delivery of my Non-FS CT on 11 Oct 24, Called Tesla and talked to a sales person last week and he said it did not include CT. Now I seen yesterday it was approved to include CT. I looked on my app and found specs showing includes FSD (supervised). Does this mean I got the transfer or do I still need to go to Tesla Center? They took my M3 in on trade and I had FSD on that one.

You should verify with Tesla. It may be a 30 day new vehicle trial. Especially since the trade in value would have included FSD.
If you go to upgrades->software does it list FSD as something to buy or subscribe to?

Premium connectivity is on there , but the FSD is grayed out under Buy.

I talked to the Tesla person, he is escalating to upper managers. He said it does say take delivery on or after 10 Oct 24. does include CT non-fs. He does not know why my specs have it listed. But someone is supposed to call me to discuss it.
