Ordered 10/22/24 VIN 10/29/24; no delivery date

I'm SUPER pumped. With Tesla changing their policy that you can transfer FSD to the Cybertruck, I decided to order one.

Ordered: 10/22/24
VIN Assigned: 10/29/24

For those who are curious, I learned a few things:
1) I originally put cash, because I was told you can get a VIN faster and then all you have to do is message them in the app and ask them to change it to financing. Well, I didn't even have to email or message anybody. After I got my VIN I was still able to change my order to financing and apply for Tesla financing (I was approved)

2) I do not want to trade in my 2021 Model Y; that's going to my daughter (although she doesn't know it yet) but in the app I was asked if I wanted to transfer FSD from my 2021 Model Y, which I thought was cool!

Although I do not see a delivery timeline nor can I schedule a delivery date, but I'm getting very excited.

I hope you get a delivery date soon. But given what’s been happening on the forums recently, I wouldn’t hold your breath but for some that’s more than okay.. for others.. it’s torture.

I was hoping it would come before Sunday, 11/17 but if it's after that then honestly anytime before the end of the year so I can still do the FSD transfer is fine with me.

I’m sure they’ll make a huge effort to get all the orders delivered by end of year.. but while I took delivery of my Beast, my actual order for non-FS that I chose to take to get my dad up the line a bit went in on 10/04 and has no ETA. Some got a bit more lucky than others but the good news is you’re okay waiting so that’s half the battle.

ha.ha.ha...I'm losing a ton of money too lol I'm literally having more negative equity then the price given for trade-in rolled into the price of the CT. I'm playing the long-game of satisfaction here. lol

Whoa so I woke up this morning and I was able to schedule delivery. I could select various time slots between Nov 5, 6, or 7.

I’m so nervous and excited. This is my first ever new car and my first ever truck!

Order date was 10/22. This is all crazy to me because of the delays others are facing. I think some people ordered 10/11 still don’t have a VIN :/

Maybe I should play the lottery.

Hi all. I ordered my dual motor non-foundation CT on 10/15. Today is 10/30 and I’m still waiting for a Vin# to be assigned. Also, the $1,000 discount credit was not available for CT when I ordered. It has now been available for about 3-4 days and I’ve been thinking about it a lot. However, some claim this $1,000 has been reduced to $500 now. I don’t even think it’s worth it anymore. What do you guys suggest/recommend? Anybody?
