Try a few things first.OK, someone said I should send them the $99 or sign up for FSD which I have already done and I’m still have not received even the first update and as far as getting in touch with someone at Tesla you tell me who to call Where I can talk to someone and I’ll be more than happy to
Make sure you've connected your truck to your wifi (so your truck will actually update). Also go into the software section of your trucks menus and select Advanced Updates.

You might not be on the right software version to receive FSD.
