OK, someone said I should send them the $99 or sign up for FSD which I have already done and I’m still have not received even the first update and as far as getting in touch with someone at Tesla you tell me who to call Where I can talk to someone and I’ll be more than happy to
Try a few things first.

Make sure you've connected your truck to your wifi (so your truck will actually update). Also go into the software section of your trucks menus and select Advanced Updates.

https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/cybertruck/en_us/GUID-A5A60CB3-7659-4B08-B2FD-AFD12C2D6EE1.html#:~:text=In Controls > Software, you can choose how, will result in fewer releases) by selecting Standard.

You might not be on the right software version to receive FSD.

@SmittS This might help you too.

Took delivery on 11/8 paid for FSD and still waiting. I scheduled a service call for tomorrow. I doubt it will help, but they will have the honor of listening to me complain about how shitty their customer service has been. Seriously, how difficult would it be for a few executives to call a meeting, and figure out a better way of communicating to their customers. It doesn’t have to cost more to do this better. A simple email or communication via the app explaining the situation would go a long way.

As far as walking into the showroom. I have been over there three different times in the past month and talk to the ““ manager I still don’t have FSD on my cyber truck on my 2014 model three Highlander I do have FSD I had it transferred from my 2019 model three it’s very confusing oh and plus I live 50 miles away from there. You have to excuse me, but I’m just venting.
If you're not on software version 2024.32.20.1 or 2024.33.15 then you don't have FSD available on the truck. No amount of visits to the SC will help that. Hate to say it, but you'll just have to be patient and wait for the update. That's the solution.

Please pass on how long you had to wait to get it. I'm sure others will want to know. I've seen times ranging a week to past a month.

Sounds like the SW that includes FSD (2024.32.20.1) is an older SW version than the software I have (2024.32.100.1). Is that right? If so, that's weird

It is an older version because that was FSD 12.5.5 and the new one is 12.5.5.2, but your version does not include FSD. Tesla has numerous versions out there for a variety of reasons. Some have FSD while others do not. Looks like you're on a factory version that doesn't include it. So until you get the update there is nothing you can do. The SC can't help you with it either. They can only help restore your free trial once you're up to date. It may take up to a month to get the update. Make sure ADVANCED is selected on your software update tab and you have the truck connected to WiFi.

One day it will magically appear and you'll jump for joy.

I'll say this, I have a FSCB and the FSD is worth it if you put in some miles everyday. It's a game changer in driving fatigue. Worth the money.

Wide feedback on FSD I've seen on the CT makes it seem it's a few steps behind FSD on other Tesla models, but given the progress I've seen with FSD in my one year of owning a Y, I agree that FSD is worth it if you're regularly putting in the miles. I only subscribed to FSD as the Y was a "bridge" car for me while waiting on the CT, and now my wife has the Y with no interest in FSD. I plan on having the CT for a while, so I purchased it outright as I see the subscription cost and paid in full cost going back up as FSD continues to improve. Going from FSD to not even Autopilot has been jarring, so I'm waiting (no so patiently) for FSD on the new CT!

I would tend to disagree with the degree to which FSD on the CT has issues. It has some very well known issues, but none of them are deal killers. I think some folks have an expectation of full autonomy and they're let down when it doesn't achieve that, even though no one ever claimed that it was fully autonomous.

The cars have been updated a lot more frequently than the CT. Icouldn't tell you if the cars were that bad and needed it more or if they really are that much better. At this point I'm believing that we won't see another update until v13 which is next month?

I am also in your same situation. However, I believe the reason why they only send out updates to a specific amount of Vin numbers is to make sure that their service doesn’t get overwhelmed. I know it’s a hassle, but they have to do things right. One way for them to make sure that their service don’t go down is by doing so.

Thanks @Redfire honestly in my other Teslas I find that the lane keeping feature is good enough for me ... even that would be good to have. And I don't think I had to pay for that.

Do FSD-enabled Cybertrucks get that lanekeeping option?

No. Just adaptive cruise control.

I think you're saying that Cybertrucks that receive the FSD upgrade will only have adaptive cruise control and FSD, but not the lane keeping thing that other Teslas have. Do I have that right?

I've been following all of these posts the last month or so - and from what I've read, no one (including me, whomp whomp) with a non-foundation CT has gotten the FSD update yet. Like others have said, there's no way to force a service center's hand to manually push it to you, just have to be patient and wait.

Maybe the alleged/anticipated holiday update will be our time! :) Fingers crossed.
