I realize this could have been the perfect stocking stuffer, but a combination of shipping and customs delays conspired against us, but they're here now, and we're shipping them from our TX warehouse, so for most of the US, if they ship today, maybe tomorrow, they should make it by Christmas, but USPS first class is never guaranteed, and is currently a hot mess with tracking (always are this time of year, they prioritize movement over scanning).

If you've followed us for a while, you'll know I'm not good at making short videos, but this one comes in just over 10 minutes, of which about a minute is the install (at 7:04), but if you want the low-down on how it works, and how long it'll last, the rest of the video covers that.

Ordered one a few days ago and should be coming in the mail next Tuesday. I love the one I have for my MY so of course I had to grab one for my CT.

...but USPS doesn't have many of those, and certainly not locally, so they start to struggle, but ultimately they're correctly prioritizing delivery speed over tracking visibility or efficiency, which if you had to choose, is the right thing to do.

USPS (under the same party's order that's the incoming administration) specifically chose not to install those locally to save on operations costs.

True, but they've been in decline for decades, and they're not alone, so many nationalized postal services just didn't, or couldn't, move with the times. So much about what USPS has achieved is phenomenal, but today if they were a commercial company, they'd be bankrupt many times over, for '24 they expected to report a $6Bn+ loss. This is an interesting read.

Naw, they don't... also, since we're just gonna be d*cks on here i guess. A) it's spelled "scary" B) motorcycles split lanes in CA, you can't always see them, this was 2 months ago after I witnessed him almost die.

They've never been in stock due to unexpected compatibility challenges with the CT, but new production samples arrived, literally, about 10 minutes ago based on reverse engineering the factory ones. If they work, then we'll get going with production ASAP, but need to test them for a few days.

Just received mine and installed it. I would suggest on your next run of them make a little pull tab for the red tape cover so it's easier to remove it.
Does it decrease the FOV of the camera? Bottom pic shows what I"m talking about.

At least with new update u can zoom in

I'm going to try mine before I take the red tape off. If it obstructs a lot of the field of you I will just return it.
