You can tell it’s a prototype battery pack. Look at how the grey sealant was applied. I love the heart shaped signature that says “4 Elon”.

The Plaid does not have the 4680 cells. The first structural pack has been announced for the Austin Y.

The Model S Plaid has 1850 cells. No reference = no credibility.

Y of Austin does not have a battery pack but a CTC design, while 4680 in the picture is still a CTP design.The Model S Plaid+ was taken off the shelves, remember?

If you had left the Model S Plaid out of it and said that it was a prototype pack out of Fremont you could have saved us all some effort. If there is a prototype structural battery pack that is great news.

Sorry, I was referring to the link source and the OP. I think that the wrong posting was originally made. If the OP had said "look at this, the inaugural 4680 structural battery pack" the result would have been different.
