Received an offer for my '24 AWD FS for 76k. Would you take it? This would basically pay off my AWD and then I can position myself into buying a Beast as I don't see myself driving anything else..

Only downside is no FSD anymore.. Going to test drive a Beast on Saturday just to see if I like it enough to make the jump..

That is def a good price for your truck, and you'll never be better positioned to upgrade.

This is why I never want to experience a Beast. That way I can just keep telling myself that the extra one second 0-60 is not worth the premium. :ROFLMAO:

As a Beast owner, the difference is somewhat noticeable In speed, but how often will you realistically use it? Is it worth the hassle is the main question. Previous poster is correct that really no one other than yourself or a Tesla fan knows the difference. There are both positives and negatives to your decision. Positive, you get a brand new truck, new warranty, later build date with hopefully less issues. Negatives, you surrender your lifetime FSD for a subscription. The price you are getting is good for it. Now if the luxe package was still available I'd say this is a no brainer and do it all day. Now, I probably wouldn't because I'd want to hold on to the FSD. Just my opinion.

I just had my beast in service for the cantrail recall and they gave me a M3 performance to drive. The 3 oddly felt fast then the beast. Might be because I I’m just used to the beast and the 3 is snappier or I don’t have the original tires on the truck and they don’t grip like the OEM ones during acceleration.
Never owning FSD right now might not seem like a big deal but hopefully the FSD utopia comes true and that is worth more then being able to roast your tires and having to replace them every 12,000 miles.

I’d recommend NOT going on that test drive b/c you will like it but is it really worth it?

*Tesla fan within one car length

But OP I’m also a Beast owner and I’d say don’t do it. You’re paying $20k for an (admittedly fast as f***) acceleration boost. But there’s no other meaningful benefit - dual motor is plenty fast as is. But I totally understand wanting a tri motor, that’s why I have it lol

See that depends, for a huge majority that is true, you can't even see the logo, however there are a very select lucky few out there who have a glow in the dark beast logo visible day and night.

I recently got a model 3 as a loaner too, it does have a bit of kick to it, but we know the beast will roast it. I think I feels faster because it is so low to the ground maybe, I felt like I was scraping the asphalt when I was in it.

Personally, I would take a cyber truck with FSD and free supercharging any day over a beast, but I believe those days are long.

There is a Tesla promotion right now until end of month to transfer FSD! Could you do that? I like the idea of tri-motor and improved suspension. And of course the additional horsepower.

Always screen shot the promotions and screen shot the promotions associated with the specific VIN you purchase. Tesla has been very good to me about everything, but I have had to share and reference my screenshots to have promotions implemented.

Where did you get that offer? I ordered the beast with luxe and free super charging. That was def worth the extra 17k for me. I pull a 10k travel trailor with no problems with awd FS but the charging stops were brutal. That being said the free super charging will make up the diff and hassle of stopping. Aldo, be ware that all cybertrucks orders are super slow right now. I ordered on 2/14 on the deadline date but still don’t have a VIN.

Jazzy, I could be wrong but I don't know if they allow the fsd transfer from foundations, there's been a bunch of back and forth on this one, some say its allowed, some excluded...

For me AWD is better. The crazy acceleration is a fun goof but it doesn't add any long term value. I get a slightly better range, lower cost and slightly lower insurance.
