only set Height is medium but we knew that. No other modes like wade etc.

I was Impressed with the stereo it sounded quite good. As good if not better than my ModelY with premium sound. The CT even sounded like it had some bass. There are rear door speakers (see pic).

One thing that has me a little concerned. In the PAWD/CB versions, the locking diffs are accessed through the "Off-Road" menu. Since that is missing.... how dow we engage lockers, or do we not get them?

Lockers are engaged in Dynamics according to the manual.

I saw that also and I think the manual is referring to the RWD version. I *hope* we get the front locking diff also. One more thing to add to the "we need to check" list.

It's a very quick and easy way to update the software. Kinda clever actually.

Mine just changed from 2027 to June 7-28th. February 21 order date.

Quick question, was yours another date before it was 2027, or was it always 2027 prior to this? (e.g. First it was August-October, then 2027, then June)
Trying to compare it to mine since we have similar RN #s.

Maybe, just maybe we need to be in a mode that’s not “Comfort”? There is still Sport and Custom next to it.

It would nice if Tesla added back some of the off-road modes. Yes, we know we can't adjust the suspension height, but I'm sure we could take advantage of some settings/modes.

Actually if you look at the Tesla CT off-road guide, there's quite a bit there we could utilize.

You’re right about Off Road mode.

It just doesn’t seem that they would remove front lockers and add complexity to the part when they switch between trims. The manual isn’t updated with anything about the Dual Motor. I’m thinking software update and drop “Premium” from the manual related to lockers.

Updated the Q&A

• Does the sound system have speakers in the rear doors? Yes
• Does it have Baja Mode? No Off-Road modes!
• Does it have Wade Mode? Think not since we don't have a compressor or height adjustable suspension. No Off-Road modes!
• Pictures with the headlights on, and with the turn signals on in front. @TarheelCT confirmed it's just like the RWD version, i.e. no clear LED"strip" next to the headlights, just the turn signals.
• Any child seat LATCH points in the center rear seat? Not between the seat bottom and backreast but there is one up top, behind the center headrest.
• Does the SAWD come with floor mats? Does not.
• Does the SAWD have a rear seat armrest/cupholder. No, it's just like the RWD rear seat.
• Does the tailgate open and close like the Premium models (dampened open and assisted close)? Confirmed the same as the PAWD.
• What is the offset of the steel wheels? Answered in the owner's manual, same as 20" at 58.5mm
• How do we engage the front locker? If we get one at all.
• Are the "tweeters" in the A-pillars real? i.e. does high frequency sound come out from the grills. Hint: take a paper towel tube with you and stick your ear up to it.
• Can you measure the height from ground to body at drivers door?
