I sent reply to service@ Let me know if there is a better email! Reviewing videos with my tech guys now!

Darick
Hi Darick, Thanks for the update! Just a heads-up: our service email doesn't handle project collaborations. To keep things moving, please send us a direct message (DM) on this forum with your email, and let us know how you'd prefer to install the dash cam. Thanks!

I've been planning on installing a mirror camera and would love to test your product. I have a 2025 Dual Motor CT. I'm a gadget guy and addicted to improving the truck. That said, I agree with your requirements, and you can consider this my application.

WolfBox provided me with the G900 Pro free of charge in exchange for an honest review. As always, I am sharing my actual experience after installing and using it for about a week.

The package arrived quickly and was very well packed. Everything needed for the installation was included in the box, including the SD card already installed and ready to go. In addition to the standard accessories, WolfBox also sent some extra mounting and wiring accessories, which was a nice touch. There was no need to make a separate trip to the store before getting started.

I installed the G900 Pro in my Chevy Silverado Crew Cab. The installation took roughly two hours with some help from a friend. We worked indoors, which definitely made the job more enjoyable. The actual installation is not difficult, but it can be time-consuming if you want the finished product to look clean and factory installed. Most of the time was spent removing trim panels, routing wires through the headliner and pillars, and hiding everything so no cables were visible. The included wiring was long enough for my truck, and I was able to conceal all of the wiring without needing any extensions.

My biggest criticism is the rear camera mounting options. On a crew cab truck there really is not an obvious dedicated location to mount it. I ended up mounting the rear camera inside the cab near the center of the rear window using the supplied adhesive. It works, but it is not ideal. Because it is mounted inside the cab, I occasionally notice some vibration and movement in the image shown on the mirror display.

After about a week of use, I can say the system is very easy to operate. It powers up quickly when the vehicle starts, and the touchscreen menus are straightforward. Connecting my phone to the WolfBox WiFi was simple, and downloading or reviewing videos through the app was easier than I expected. I am not a tech expert, and I had no trouble figuring it out.

For comparison, I also own a 2024 Chevy Suburban equipped with GM's factory rear camera mirror system. The image quality on the factory GM system is noticeably sharper and more refined. However, that system does not provide dashcam recording capability. I think the WolfBox offers a good balance of features and value.

Overall, I am happy with the G900 Pro. If you are looking for a mirror-style dashcam system for a truck, the G900 Pro is worth considering.

I agree to the terms. I have a 2024 FS AWD. If possible I would like to try all 3 mounting options to compare and contrast them. I also have one of @TickTock designed dropped tailgate Penta prisms to compare to. Ideally a week for each mount style would be a better review but I could just split the two weeks even.

Looking forward to a CT install review.
Primarily I am hopeful that this camera may avoid tapping into the CT electronics altogether, is the only plug in for power?
Would pay 💰 for a good camera without the harness issue that other cameras have.
