Do you have the option enabled on your truck or in the app yet? Open the controls on the app and scroll to the bottom to make sure the option is there and enabled. If it's not there you have not been enabled yet. It took weeks after my install to get enabled.
I get about 1 negative for every 100 or so positives. Half the time even the negatives are curious to take a look inside or are just ignorant of the vehicle. The media really blows the hate out of proportion compared to my 8 months of experience.
In October of 2016 Tesla put out a video touting antonymous drive... I know this because I went out and bought one immediately! They were showing the capability of the new Tesla Vision I got a 2016 Model S delivered December of 2016. It took a 4-5 months to get AP, my memory is fuzzy but it was...
Yes this started happening but only after the truck sleeps. Cabin overheat seems work after the first wake up on the day for me. It's annoying... 142 inside yesterday.
Since you are asking to work with us, if I may offer some constructive criticism, anything that has a brand name on it like that I probably won't buy, the truck is almost devoid of logos and that's really appealing. Having the brand on there makes me want it less.

Ok as looooong time Tesla owner and one of the the first CT owners let me tell you what is happening as far as we can tell. The wipers are automatic based on vision(AI) from the front 3 cameras, when they detect something blocking them they will try and clear it. This could be a bug, dirt, rain...
I live just a few miles from this location... it's a bit rural and often people speed on this road. I am sure we will hear what happened but I suspect it was speed related.
Just push the voice button and say "bug report" and the whatever the bug is... Easy way for Tesla to see when all of us say the same thing is happening. Even if it's minor I report it. As a software dev myself I want to know when anything is not working not just the major items.
FINAL UPDATE: July 23
The installer came back out today at the request of Tesla. When I got the notice for the visit I checked my app and no option was available as expected.
The installer showed up and connected with the Tesla One app. All he did was look at the SW version and verified it...
