Same here, after being passed around to multiple different departments at Tesla, all I was able to get is that there is some backlog of adding VINs to some PowerShare database.

This is a known issue and service has been able to resolve this for many by adjusting the bed side rails. Tesla service should have a bulletin on how to address it. The divider is intended to sit on the bed floor and lock into the side rails. I brought mine it to have it adjusted and it fits...
