Agree; Also FSD makes no accommodation for a vehicle merging in front of it. It does not seem to see a turn signal from another vehicle. So the fact it like to drive in the merge lane is not ideal for it, or anyone having to get around it.
Nor does FSD stagger itself to cars in adjacent lanes...
2nd your insights on 2 points
1. For this who need reading glasses, the display is *just* at the odd distance between needing readers / and not. Bigger font option would be nice.
1.B. Reading glass needers also touches on the 'rear camera' which as an image of the rear view - presents the image...
I'd recommend some 1" scope riser mounts to decrease aiming fatigue. Also, try an AR chambered in 7.62x91..it has a very nice robust recoil compared to the very subtle recoil of 5.56.
I'd like to see someone come up with a side - sliding storage compartment - for things like your hardware. It...
Thank you for actual real-world feedback...
I've hauled about 1,500lbs of lumber in mine and did not feel the weight at all...way smoother than hauling weight in a ICE vehicle. [the drive was not far enough to have total range a concern]
Like the matching wrap...
This is what courts and lawyers are for. Having owned, vehicles, heavy equipment and lemon law return/buyback a +$100,000 vehicle - I am glad your assessment was not used to determine outcomes.
...Because I'd get a free tank of gas for my defective lemon vehicle.
Basic Contract Law requires...
Myself as a Foundation owner, was enticed by the 'optionality' of increasing the range. Tesla was not compelled to make the offer - they made the offer, which in itself is some admission that the standard range would not be sufficient. I did not put a deposit on the range extender, as there was...
One of the problems is the divider is very reliant on the bed deck level and alignment with the divider rails.
The early solution was for Tesla to "level' the bed deck....this worked out to be them torquing the heck out of the bed deck fasteners which including the tied own loops. This was done...
Sorry that happened, somewhat of a tangent the surround cameras on the CT are quite bad, compared to BMW and Mercedes - seamless live real imaging.
The Tesla 'virtual' reality image of the surrounding area is quite odd, out-of-date and may appeal to a Minecraft player.
Nothing beats an actual...
Agree as also a Mercedes owner the Mercedes lane/distance keeping cruise control is the best of both worlds. It's a very good co-pilot taking care of the nuances of lane and car-to-car positioning without taking over complete control of the car....without watching YOU
I saw the same after the software update about 2 weeks ago. I have a 60amp breaker, which SHOULD show 45 amps [which is the limit of the tesla home wall charger].
The software update about weeks ago - was showing 24A on my app.
However, yesterday, I did see on my CT dash the amps back up to...
I agree, If you have the money, get it. I also have a Fantik inflator that works quite well, is smaller, simple. {does not have a handle!]
One advantage of the CT inflator it is does 'de-flate' for off-road.
The CT inflator is large, and takes up space, it does fit in the Frunk.
My original...
I agree with your point: You roll up in the bitchen futuristic Cybertruck, admirers standing around as you open the tailgate and your shit is soaked...
Cause in the future there is no rain?... or water is in pill form?
It is an oversight/defect. The tonneau cover was clearly intended to...
Adding here from California where we really don't have cold weather.
The range loss at even 50F is noticeable. Also, 1Kw of consumption for the cabin heater is baseline for additional cold weather battery drain.
IMO: EV's got off on the wrong foot with the '~300' range battery capacity. And...
Although a good idea for wind drag - laying down a fridge causes the freon and lubricating oil with it to pool, outside of the compressor.
You'd need to stand it up and wait several hours for the oil to seep back down to the compressor at the bottom of the fridge.
This is what old' timers have...
IMO it is embarrassing how bad the water intrusion is. As stated here the slats themselves don't leak, however against the cabin and tailgate there is lots of intrusion. The sides of the slats and cargo bed does not leak also, so the design is capable of resisting much of the water intrusion...
Agree: I would offer the Person designing a vehicle portable tire inflator - SHOULD READ THE MANUAL OF OTHERS - to know what to incorporate in the design and functions. Perform tire repair and inflation in real world situations, perhaps at night...in the rain? so the concepts of handling an AC...
Sorry for your incident, glad you are ok.
Apparently Deer 'jump in front' of on coming cars as I have been told is they are expecting your car as a predator heading straight for them.
So the combination of us intending to 'drive by' them any they attempting to escape to the most open route for...
