Thanks , H.A.
It appears the dash documentation and the manual are not using the same documentation.
I would offer since the CT is subjected to software updates, the dash manual / in vehicle documentation would be more up-to-date..as changes in the update would include the documentation. As it...
No there is not!...According to the Manual - there is NO mention of a handle. Perhaps it is a 'field antenna'?. You should put that back down immediately! ;-)
For the group: The compressor does NOT have a handle - at least according to the 'Manual' which we are to take as 'God's word' so...if you think you found one , put it back!
My issue is why can't the Tesla dashboard simply display that the AC ports are disabled while charging. There is no reason for them to not work while charging from a capability standpoint. I know this technology quite well - space craft solar charge the batteries AND power all the electronics...
Abilisk,
Thanks for your reply. I would offer my judgment is skewed with regards to manual reading and Tesla from the initial experience of picking up my CT from Tesla upon purchase.
There was no sale person interaction to/with the vehicle - at all. None, the app connected to the vehicle and I...
My post had satire, as comedy is the other side of the tragedy of spending $650 on this thing. Which clearly the designers of were less serious than my post in creating this for the intended purpose.
I will look for the handle. Or try prying on the edges of this $650 plastic box for something...
I guess my concern are the lift points on the CT clearly marked and understood by every tire shop. It is clear to me that 'free' tire rotation would not be tasked to the most experienced guy in the tire shop - so you'll have a Junior-Mint doing the rotation.
Tesla needs a UX User Experience Team to help mature products.
My recent experience attempting to use the CT Tire Inflation Compressor turned a casual task of topping off my tires in my driveway to a mock 'Survival Experience' making it clear the CT needs a few more iterations of Actual...
Agree, it could be that after 'acquiring' the spot it looks to determine exit space for you and passengers and determines it is too small. It then backs out to reposition the spacing.
Issac Asimov , the author of renowned for Robot Fiction, had a short story about a robot going into infinite loops.
I sumrise that at highway [freeway!?] speeds low height lowers the wind resistance and increases range.
I must admit, I do enjoy at stop lights next to 3500 lifted pickups - raising the CT to be at their height...Don't know if they notice...

The 'leaking' bed is a problem. First check that Tesla factory installed the 'first slat' of the bed cover - which is missing in early production. Mine was. You can tell when you look at the gap between the roof and slat [when the slats are closed over the bed]
If you see a track channel with...
HA,
I do not think the Cybertruck would do at all well in a proper hail storm, the top glass would be damaged, and likely the massive windshield.
I live in CA and we do...when God is mad...sends us hail - so remote you cannot get hail coverage. And most CA would just stare at the hail storm...
Single camera 3D image extraction is Photogrammetry, requires specific movement about and around the object. I have used these systems which work well for 'scanning' objects.
Photogrammetry does not apply a scale to the object, you can scan your wallet or a barn and it will create a 3D mesh...
*** bit a an FSD rant warning***
FSD as it works now does not possess any 'strategy' it cannot 'anticipate' other driver behavior or intention.
When -I see someone driving towards me and I see them grabbing the steering wheel in preparation for a 'turn' I use this to anticipate their potential...
