Same boat here too. Survey in January, picked up almost 2 weeks ago, nothing heard about power share. My coworker that got a truck at the same time asked about it during delivery and they said we would be contacted when an installer was ready.
I've only gotten a negative reaction twice and both times were from the same person in my neighborhood giving me a thumbs down as I drove past. The second time the guy actually stopped in his lane to make sure I saw his displeasure haha. Everyone else loves it though.
I had that issue but it fixed after a reboot. I think it was caused when I tried to pull up a live sentry view on my phone but it kept timing out. When I got back in the front camera was black and when I pulled up the manual it wouldn't load. One reboot later and it was fine.
I just finished reading through the owners manual and noticed it says that the coolant reservoir is not user serviceable and any damaged caused by the user opening the reservoir is not covered by warranty. I bet that's what they thought was going on and why they initially said it's not covered.
I put mine into extract mode once to try it out and heard a loud pop too. Didn't know what it was and it didn't seem to effect anything. No alerts or problems after that.
Page 23 of the manual states that all the power outlets are disabled while plugged into an AC charger even if not actively charging but that they remain active while DC charging.
Anyone else see this happen? Since the software update I've noticed this happening occasionally when stopped and more often when switching into reverse. Two phantom cars appear and phase in and out of the truck despite the camera view being totally clear. They disappear once I start going...
I used the included foam ones from the kit. A new applicator for each coat. I tried using a 3" rough painters brush but it didn't go on evenly at all so I stuck with the included applicators.
I got everything but the UWC as well.
I'm using the sunshade too partially because there isn't really a good place to store it. It's too big to fit in the seat pocket or under a seat and I don't want to have to get out of the car if I want to put it up so I'm just going to have it up all the...
It's 1 mil drop sheeting. Find it at any hardware stores painting section. I think I got a single 10ft by 20ft roll for like $7 and used about 2/3 the roll.
Just finished applying it. It was definitely tricky and a lot of work. I had to do three coats to get rid of most of the rainbowing but didn't quite get it all. It's good enough that I'm happy with it now even though there are a few spots that dripped a little. Sadly there are also a couple...
I got mine delivered today and had people taking pictures at my first stop on the way home lol. 102 days from order to VIN, then only 2 days after that for delivery.
This looks great but are you worried other cars won't be able to tell you exist at a glance? If I look in my mirror and see reflections from the area around me it might not be obvious there is a vehicle there.
