Why the hate on the long storage spot in door? I love it, it perfectly fits my 48oz water bottle. My girlfriend has a similar trash can in her car, probably not the same manufacturer but on hers the lid pops off with the slightest bump.

I have the opposite problem now. My gateway has arrived but no wall charger. When I look at my order history only the gateway is there. I just ordered the powershare bundle and that was it since it says it includes both. Did you order just the bundle or did you choose the bundle and a charger?

I would say contact service and see if they can take a look at the logs to figure out if it needs to come in. They should be able to do that remotely.
