The lease deal is pretty amazing. I think they include a $6500 lease incentive, which is close to matching the old $7500 federal tax credit.
Do people realize this?
Look at the residual value in 3yrs, $55,750. That's 70% of the original MSRP. Who's getting 70% after 3yrs?
Bottom line, this is a...
Are you talking about the last image? The coolant loop? That's in the service menu. Access the service menu, go down to the snowflake in the menu and one of the options in the list shows the octovalve coolant loop.
If you mean the coolant tank, it's in the frunk. Take off the top trim piece...
And I did look in the Tesla parts catalog:and it says "not sold by Tesla, order from 3rd party, and shows a bottle of Zerex. Obviously that's the blue G48 version.
and when you punch in the part number, you do get the orange HTF-LS version, but like the previous image, it says the same thing to...
So, I'm at 4700 miles, and I recently pulled off the covers in the frunk to thread some wiring, and noticed my coolant fill tank was empty. I've noticed no leakage. And there does not seem to be any error codes in the service menu. No issues whatsoever.
My service center is 2 ½hrs away, and I...
Interesting. Frank Lloyd Wright, and Scottsdale. Must have something to do with Taliesin, but I can't fathom what. I mean, FLW's design was all horizontal, and earth-hues; and that thing is vertical. What?
Yeah, those State route signs, if they end in a 5 can be a problem. For me, it self-corrects in a few seconds. I just keep the accelerator pedal going until it corrects.
On my 2018 Model 3, I DIY'd PPF, and I was glad I did. After 6yrs, I removed it, and the bumper looked pristine.
On a Cybertruck, it's not really a necessity; but, DIY PPF is cheap! ~$500.
I did it because it was the height of craziness, and I figured a little protection couldn't hurt.
Maine has digital speed limits on the interstates, generally for snow days. I don't know if Teslas have been reading them or not, since, it has to be a snow day, I have to be on the interstate, and they're usually in the middle, and not on the side. My guess would be a no.
Installed my little 200w, nominal, system, yesterday. Charges my 1kWh Bluetti in the frunk. When my cap comes, I'll think about adding panels to the top.
