It's getting good around here. Almost everyday we're getting photos and leaks. Can't wait to see them rolling down the ramp at GFTX! They won't be able to hide them, lol.
Hmmm...Why do you think that? Because the next Tesla event is the 19th and it's just the earnings call. I don't see them doing anything for the Cybertruck during that.
I really hope to see use of amber turn signals for the rear. Probably a pain to divide the red square in to 2 pieces. One for red stop lights and one for amber turn signals.
Great quote. His "hard to make it affordable" and then "250k/year" are very much contradictory statements. People are delusional around here sometimes. You're not making 250k-500k, $80k+ trucks. There literally is no market for that. But, I don't care anymore. Everyone here hears whatever they...
Me too! No way they make the top end model $30k more than originally announced. That's an almost 50% increase. Why are all these crazy rich people and YouTubers pitching this price all the time? It makes zero sense.
My man, you can't post a youtube video and use it as proof. That video had ZERO substance. The only price that was guaranteed was FSD. That's it. You will not be able to purchase one for the original pricing. Believe me, I wish our $100 reservation actually did lock the price in.
I guess my issue with the notion of a $100k price point is that it doesn't make sense. Nothing about what the Cybertruck is screams "$100k". And it's weird to start that high and have your CEO tell you they plan on making 350k/year. I mean, he's damn near hinting that there's going to be a cheap...
I agree. Training will take some time. Interesting to see if they start popping a few out end of July! I'd love to see a few role down a ramp like the Y's do
It looks like the same material covering the working square brake lights. Stands to reason the 3rd brake light is still there, just not turned on or hooked up.
Hey, we appreciate all the info you give us! This definitely helps temper my expectations. I'm always hoping price/specs, so knowing this won't be that is good. Well, it's at least good enough for me.
That's awesome! Do you have a link? I've only read a few articles and they all stated that efficiency still isn't on par. You always lose some from the base station to the battery in the car.
Honestly, I always assumed wireless charging was stupid. However, knowing how dumb/lazy people are (I literally mean no offense), it makes sense to have something like this. If efficiency/speed isn't important, this would work for a lot of stupid/lazy people who just want to park and walk away.
