I don't follow the confusion. Are you confused that some people didn't order the FS because they want non fs? Or some people have had the chance to buy for a long time and didn't? I personally got invited to order last year but didn't because FS isn't for me and the order was for FS. So...

Probably not as many as felt burned by the 49k AWD truck costing 100k. They did that anyway. So I'm thinking they'll probably stick to the agreement. Get an FS or forfeit the non refundable FS deposit.
