Tesla Doesn't Want to Buy My Cybertruck

As has been clarified but worth repeating: that is not how the provision works and to further clarify how the provision works: (1) Tesla has zero obligation to repurchase any truck, no matter the reason put forward by a buyer (and anyone expecting Tesla to be detail-oriented and emotionally...

Cybertruck is inductive charging ready! Battery connector harness spotted in Service Manual

??‍♂ 350? But that, behind the rear wheels. outsized effect on true available net payload after options “at the door sticker” in fact, relatedly: have folks been posting any of their true available net payloads of CBs as optioned?

Cybertruck is inductive charging ready! Battery connector harness spotted in Service Manual

didnt read the six pages of thread, but: these things don’t tend to be light be curious to see what this does to payload (it sits behind rear axel) if not a bit to range (it’ll possibly increase rolling resistance)

Tesla's Cybertruck VIN Activation Tracker (NOT Customer VIN Allocations)

thanks @newwave1331 so @yeyehas you can guestimate yours was built in the week or three (given holidays) after that activation date

Tesla's Cybertruck VIN Activation Tracker (NOT Customer VIN Allocations)

Id strongly assume they’ll continue creating VIN blocks of CBs vs AWDs. Keeps things tidy (and also they tend to run them through the line in batches for various reasons of efficiency). Should now start seeing more CBs in the blend as well, bottleneck loosening a bit Most above 420, but below...

TESLA CyberTruck Wind Tunnel Testing - SHOCKING Results (w/ Cd figures measured)

The ride height cD changes aren’t really that relative, in that: (1) in street mode, the CT doesn’t stick in those h nights and defaults back to low at speed (2) in offroad the height sticks to a point, but who’s fretting about eg high speed long distance efficiency in offroad mode the...

Limited-Edition Foundation Series CT is ready to order!

by way of update/clarification: I think Tesla itself isn’t sure how long they’ll run them, is leaving themselves flexibility to keep extending, and has in fact several times updated/extended its intended run of FS So, I’d say the better answer is: anyone who go says eg “they’ll sell them all...

❗ He FLIPPED his CYBERTRUCK for $245,000 đŸ„” How He Feels about NO-RESALE Agreement & Profit Made

i haven’t watched any of these vids to hear how they went about it BUT, from the start, the way Tesla structured their “no resale” clause left several GLARING and PERMISSIBLE ways to sell the Cybertruck, to anyone with any basic transactional knowledge. To those screaming “loophole”, however...

Tug of War: CyberTruck vs. diesel GMC Silverado (by Cyber Hooligan)

I’m not sure what exactly you think is dumb, but can vaguely empathize with disliking influenza vids. (Though cyberhooligan is a little different - don’t know if you’ve seen his build) In any event, dumb as it may be generally, within it is an interesting central point: Specifically, that the...

the irony of your comments How do you tell apart an engineer and a vegan? you don’t have to: within their first three sentences, they’ll tell you describe exactly what’s “terrible” because, true to engineer form, it doesn’t appear you understand the context and so relevant social cues of...

Rail Dust (Rust): Recommendations from Cybertruck Chief Engineer

Btw, Tesla is aware this is a transport and delivery issue, as regardless of the source they don’t want to be delivering blemished vehicles. But here’s the CT’ lead weighing in on the rail dust issue. Note he doesn’t mention Windex, he does mention two other products in particular the blue...

7 degrees of rear steering angle showing on my Cybertruck

Far as I can tell, the “3° to 10°” statement has only come from Paul Mangiamele, who is in Tesla’s logistics department. Musk simply said “more.” Meanwhile, 3+7=10, so it’s possible eg someone in logistics heard 7, thought it was 7 more not 7 total, and from there that’s how to internet...

Tug of War: CyberTruck vs. diesel GMC Silverado (by Cyber Hooligan)

if you in particular didn’t know him before, what relevance is that? Are you the bellwether for all legitimacy? As for simplifications: it’s called ‘Engineering Explained’ - as in, Bill Nye for adults interested in auto engineering. It’s simplistic by design, to help the lay person. You...

Cybertruck production rate ~80 units daily (currently as of 2/24/24)

if there’s a saturation curve, there’s no doubt that Tesla’s would be lagging the others due to popularity but the past 6-9 months of price cuts can’t float everything for too long
