I have the same scenario and my CT is not tinted yet. I bought this umbrella sunshade contraption from Amazon but haven’t tried it yet. I have purchased 2 others that use suction cups and they are a pain in the ass and not practical for heavy use.

The charger is hard wired I to your electrical panel. This wording is confusing but what they mean is 2 cars at the same time. Believe it or not, off peak power is not a major issue for FPL (I’m not going to mention how I know this….)

I have never heard a single word about 1 vehicle. Why on earth would FPL care if you were charging 100 vehicles provided it was inside of off peak hours?
