I think the light bar and spare tire would be $2500 well spent! The issue at hand is this shit may never be available at the same time making a one time use $2500 voucher tits on a bull.
I guess I’m going to have to make a choice regarding the real estate in the back. I believe the spare tire is mounted in the same spot these bins are placed? What now?
I’m in Fort Lauderdale and my CT is parked outside 100% of the time. Very interested in how the heat impacts the windshield, interior and the tonneau/tailgate control buttons.
This is exactly the reason why I switched from Beast to AWD and never looked back. I’ve owned the truck almost 2 months and it gets better every single day. I might still be waiting on the Beast.
Yep, driving a ~7000# vehicle on the bump stops is not advised and not very smart unless you don’t give a shit about the structural integrity of the truck. Lesson learned = some people have enough “fuck you” money to do stupid shit like this….
Yep, never again for me. I can’t stand the sleezebag car dealerships! Tesla was a pleasure, I was driving my CT within 30min of arriving at the dealership and didn’t have to talk to a single person if I wanted to just get the hell out of there. The Tesla dealership model is underrated!
You should have bought the FS if you want to have it anytime soon. At 2500 units/week fully ramped production it’s gonna be a minute. The FS is worth every dime and more to be able to drive this truck every day right now.
Didn’t someone mention they discounted to $350? I personally think $500 is steep and the 15% discount + free shipping still doesn’t tempt me to buy. I am awaiting a response back to me re: $350 + free shipping and I would buy them because they look great.
Any idea why I am getting average 2-4% more charge then my set points for both my CT and X? I have home charging set point at 80% and both vehicles are charging to 82-84%. Just curious.
Not sure how accurate that is. I recall it happening to vehicles before I got my 5500 VIN. The more alarming concern is the 3500 mile odometer reading when the failure occurred. I would have thought these failures occurred early on 100-300 mile range.
I just read through the entire SOPR for this RDU replacement and it does not specify new hardware when reinstalling the unit which I find concerning. Maybe I missed it?
Geico $120/mo (Florida). It’s cheap as any other vehicle in my experience. If you drive like a jackass and have a piss poor driving record then your CT premium will reflect that.
