My R1T did the same thing when going to the highest settings or camp mode. The geometry of the suspension is changing and puts stress of the system. You should roll the vehicle as you are going into or out of the highest setting.
I think the highest setting on the Rivian is maxed out at 20...
I updated this with the locations I'd heard so far. I think we are going to see over 20 in showrooms so we need more VIN's.

I dont think "juice" needs to move from the trailer to the vehicle. There is a reason I put packs and motors in my post. They would probably need a comm line to control the trailer motors, pack and sensors.
When trailers are not on the road, they could be hooked up to homes as powerwalls.
If you factor in the IRA battery manufacturer credit, its might be even less than $100/kWh. I think they will need a Gen3 or Gen4 4680 to get the energy density to make the 500 mile pack possible.
If they want the 3500 payload and >14k towing, they will need a higher GVWR class. Pack weight...
They have enough on their plate to get into trailers. Airstream is working on one and I'm sure others will too.
If trailer companies need components, I rather see a partnership with multiple trailer companies to provide packs and motors at some point down the line (when supply allows).
