IIRC, you can’t access anything on screen without unlocking the vehicle first. Try it. Leave ‘window closing on lock disabled,’ leave a window open, move your phone away from the truck or disable Bluetooth on the phone, reach in the cabin and tap the screen.

Yea, 3 bolts and a plug. Just gotta be careful with the plug. It also has a clip to secure it to the door frame. EDIT: There is a tab on the top to remove the clip/cover. That gave me some issues, but it eventually came out...

:ROFLMAO: Not that service, but I’ve had many services made worse after “fixing” my cars. Latest is a front drive motor replacement in my CT. Several plastic clips missing from the fender liners, incorrect bolt used for the aero shield, and broken coolant line causing a rattle at freeway speeds...

Agreed and I would rather gamble on an unknown rev-G being better than a known bad rev-F. Quite possible rev-Gs has the same issue.

What VIN range? 9?XXX or did it hit 10?XXX?
