Seems like they are always there when it is time to take your $ but always out of the office when you need something.
Hope they can get it sorted out thats a lot of $ on top of an already expensive vehicle to insure.
Doug does a great job getting top dollar for vehicles and has continued that streak with the Cybertruck.
There are people getting under 120k for trucks so Doug is continuing to knock it out of the park for his sellers, I purchased a car from him a while back and was amazed how much he was able...
So take this with a grain of salt but my son had the same issue, the only answer that the agent could give is that other Teslas had a large discount due to "continuous camera and theft alerts but their data shows the Cybertruck is not taking advantage of this due to battery issues"
Only thing...
Close.
Step 0: Make sure to charge fully
Step 1: Lower your expectations
Step 2: Put in a service ticket
Step 3: Enjoy your new ride!
Step 4: Watch out for the crazy people on the road filming as they pass you on the highway.
The charge rate being decent would help a lot. For a vehicle of that size to be anything but a showpiece it needs to have a BIG battery or FAST charging, ideally both. Chevy currently has both and I am hoping the CT will get one or the other, both would be great and this room in the pack I do...
Fuel/electricity is such a small portion of my income it does not move the needle for me in the slightest, for some it does. 20s search found the below that may provide some data.
Take a look at the cost of gas and mph an F150 gets on the highway
Do the same at cost of supercharing and what a CT gets
CT is a far superior vehicle but the efficiency at highway speeds is neither efficient or cheap.
Here is the answer if you don't want to, this guy did it for you.
If the building has "Tesla" on the outside do not expect the standard car dealer experience.
In a lot of ways this is a good thing, no dealer markup just done by the mfg, and no high pressure sales tactics. The bad news is good luck getting someone to return a call or give you an answer.
I...
That is what the vast majority of owners are going to end up doing. The powershare is a bit of a mess and WAY to expensive for what you get, even if you have Tesla equipment, this will end up being the standard install.
And you would need to stop and eat a burger every hour so it would cause you to put on weight, which would in turn further reduce your range :)
500+ is coming almost certainly
Yup the CT makes a great around town car, or a super fun weekend car.
But like you said if there is any significant driving to do it is not the best option, although once the pack size gets increased it will be viable work truck AND daily driver beyond the store.
It costs more to drive a cybertruck cross country than a gas F150 so people should not be suprised that any full size EV is not going to be price efficient when traveling long distances and using public charging options which cost more than home utility rates.
Not a waste if it is for a planned future feature, in this case bigger battery capacity.
Tesla is one of the premier design companies in the world, not just automotive, across all industries.
PCS and high voltage harness are currently major issues. There have been a bunch of people who have driven off the Tesla lot just to have their truck break a few miles or few hundred miles away from home.
Incontinent but you should consider yourself lucky you left without a truck instead of the...
The front seats are not to bad, the back seat headroom is limited.
Demographic wise men purchase far more trucks than women, and in general men are taler than women so the complaints about headroom are understandable.
No reason Tesla would design the core of the vehicle to needlessly eat up...
