Nothing in this makes sense...
CT is the least efficient of the three, using 45.1 kwh/100 miles, or 451 watts/Mile, but somehow got 334 miles of range with a smaller battery than the other two? Based on that efficiency range should have been ~270ish.
To achieve 334 miles of range, the...
It will be interesting to see if people cross-shop.. at 73K not including incentives, the R1T presents a pretty good value, other than being "bland" and made of tin can paper mache. There are now enough on the street that they don't get all that much attention but soon enough that will be the...
Well... I have Vin 1500.... and there are a TON of folks that were allowed to orde an FS after me l.. I'm guessing 10 to 20k FS before they run out of willing FS participants.
Oh, I have no idea where they would have had me pick it up. Could have been Dublin, but so far Ive always picked up at Rocklin.
I've had no contact with a SA since ordering or VIN assignment.
Wow. That seems like a not great start. The one think I love about the CT is the durability of the stainless. Compared to all other trucks made of paper mache (R1T Included)
I'd still have the CT wrapped, just to avoid the fingerprints but at least I know it won't get little dents when...
Ordered Dec 9th, morning after invite and just got a Vin Assigned on Feb 2nd in the app. No email or call from a Tesla Rep.
I've been trying to get a hold of a rep ( crickets and voicemails) to change my order to a standard AWD because I can't pull the trigger on the FS. I just can't justify...
Spot on from my experience as well. Giving up the gear tunnel and large frunk is going to be a bummer. I struggle with the rear seat space as well, just a little to small for long trips, so we end up taking the MX (not to mention Supercharging, even though our MX has almost 100miles shorter...
I went from 2.05 miles/kwh to 1.72 changing from 21" road tires to 20" ATs on my R1T.
I think the CT did pretty damn good considering it's bigger, wider. Results don't surprise me, I just hope I can still make my 75mile hill climb with my boat and RV to the lake..
Sorry, just being a little dramatic:)
I'm actually kind of hiigh RN on the list 128###, but in CA so I'm crossing my fingers f0r end of Jan! Once I get my VIN I plan to list my R1T. I'll be sad tonsee it go, but thankful to have a "tougher" truck. Metal on trucks these days is tin foil!
Maybe the data should be scrubbed and cleaned? I feel having tire selection data that isn't accurate deligitimizes the rest of the data. Also, was there even an option to pick a wrap? I don't remember when I ordered mine, i pretty much blacked out.
This sure seems like an awful long list of orders for what I think is a VERY small fraction of people ordering outside the knowledge of this forum... what's the percentage of people on this forum to initial reservations I wonder?
I dunno.. I'm guessing Tesla already has 1K committed... has another round of offers been pushed out? That would be an indication they are still fishing, but something tells me 1K is filled..
Really dread asking this but I'm confused here so please excuse the question.
My understanding is that the both the AWD and TM FOUNDATION series configuration will come with the AT tires, but are the wheels the same under the wheel coveres?
