Bro, the whole bed is sheared off. No one is going to repair that and put it back on the road. Maybe a DIYer will self repair and get a salvaged title.
The running joke is that these are built like legos and can be repaired for less than the vehicle is worth.

a true case of “worth more than the sum of its parts”

Cabin looks intact, no fire apparent. That's a bad one, heavy damage all around. Hopefully no one seriously hurt. Nightmare stuff there.
Except that if you look at the rear passenger window where the airbag went off you can see thru the window behind it showing the street was the back seats also removed?

Not sure what picture you're referring to, but from the video when the fireman walks behind the CT you cannot see through the right rear window since the airbag is down.

Another picture posted online by the PD, the rear bulkhead between the rear cabin and bed is damaged but still there. Of course the rear window is blown out. Here's a shot of the accident photo and a tear down photo from Munro. The bulkhead is still intact.

They do have the firehouse right next to the Cybertruck as is they are concerned about it going up.

Here's one that was split last year. It appears to be a fragile spot. This one was parked on the street when a Mercedes hit it. The airbags did not deploy. It's interesting the computer still comes up.

I'd rather have it split there than rip open the passenger compartment.

Looks like one could slap some casters on the back and drive that one around.

The front and rear castings are designed with break away points that can be ground down and 'rewelded' back together with their blue gu.
The passenger compartment is basically a separate unit and structurally stabilized with the battery tray as the bottom plate.

If the back end of that cybertruck is under the moving truck then this break away is far better for the passengers than what would happen to most vehicles with that kind of hit.

Definitely need to see dashcam footage of this accident.

Nowhere in the images can the rear of the Cybertruck be found.

Maybe he was on FSD, and it just kept going? 🤔
I see a side panel and the tonneau cover..

They specifically engineered it this way for crashworthiness. Also, the airbags didn't deploy because they didn't need to.

Why would the airbags deploy if no one is in it?
