I was at the dealer yesterday June 24 to drop off my truck for this and that...I asked them about the Wiper recall and he said that my VIN did not have a recall but the website you provided says there is a recall. I texted Tesla.

Looks like there are two recalls active now. Both added on 6/19/2024.

I'm slightly frustrated. I just picked my truck up from service yesterday. I asked about the motor recall when I dropped it off and was told there was no recall. Yet, they released it to me yesterday knowing there was two.

To be fair, I think the recall notice posted on NHTSA may have actually dropped today. So, wouldn't be surprising if EVERYONE at all SCs know about it yet.

I checked my vin on that website and it said my car isn’t affected. Is this what you did as well? I can’t imagine ours isn’t affected since over 11k Cybertruck are.

How do you check your VIN if it is in the recall list. I heard TESLA does not provide a list of recalls on any of their sites by VIN.

Lost my bedside sail appliqué assembly on highway. Replaced at Service Center in 30 minutes. Only problem I’ve had. Love truck after 5 weeks. Fatigued with attention.

My passenger side sail is loose. I literally can see the clips are missing. Also, I had to put doublesided tape to keep it from flying off. Service appt is this week so hoping Tesla is using stronger clips and something else better than double sided tape..lol.

What VIN # do you have - is it in the 18s?

They must be fixing a lot of these issues pre delivery because I pick my truck up tomorrow and the website says
0 Unrepaired Recalls associated with this VIN

I picked mine up 2 days ago and my sail trim piece almost flew off on the highway. Luckily, someone flagged me down and told me about it. I just put some double sided tape on it until I can get it properly fixed.

Mine says 0 recalls for my vin 16447 but I almost lost my sail trim in the drivers side. I have some double sided tape on it temporarily

I got my VIN on June 18. I just ran it thru the tool and it says "no recalls". I am scheduled to pick it up tomorrow on June 26th. Let's see. Suspect itll get delayed due to the "sail" as that seems new.... I will report back any changes and confirm delivery or delay. Cheers,

Sail has been fixed since May 28th.
Wiper has been fixed since June 7th.

My car is at the dealer, and I got a response back: "Our system will automatically add any recalls/bulletins based on your VIN. We follow the gov standard as well".
