I'm slightly frustrated. I just picked my truck up from service yesterday. I asked about the motor recall when I dropped it off and was told there was no recall. Yet, they released it to me yesterday knowing there was two.

Same. I had a service last week and I asked about it. They knew nothing at all about it.

So I had to have a door panel repaired which was done by the mobile service. Anyone know if these recalls can be handled by mobile service?

Lost my bedside sail appliqué assembly on highway. Replaced at Service Center in 30 minutes. Only problem I’ve had. Love truck after 5 weeks. Fatigued with attention.

Last five digits are: xxxxx or first four are 7G2C
Does that help?
Too much ?
To the original question, your VIN is in the 13xxx range.

Last digits are unique and semi-sequential
First digits are constant for Cybertruck
Only missing characters that change (at least until they get to 100k produced) are the check digit and trim level AWD or trimotor (your version, I believe)

I really hope so. I live about 3.5 hours away from either of the service centers in my area and while making that drive two weeks ago to pick up my cybertruck was awesome, taking another day off of work for this would kinda suck.

I got my FS AWD 6 weeks ago and initial inspection looked great so I drove it home. A few days later I noticed the right bed rail (Tesla calls it a "Sail Applique) was loose. I looked it up in the service manual and noted it just looks like some improperly applied double side tape (x6) and a few broken or missing clips (x9). Replacement looked to take 20-30 minutes. I tried to get a mobile appointment but they insisted I drive 180 miles to the closest SC. I was messaged that "The repairs are not mobile capable." Hope they change their mind now that it's a recall. VIN 5200.
You must be in the panhandle also. I'm 120 mi east of Pensacola, you must be a bit further east. Tallahassee is getting a new SC, so I'll be 120 mi either direction, which means I will always be 2 hours away-sucks

Yep. Tallahassee here hoping I can wait for the SC to open up for what looks like a double recall. Planning a California and back road trip in August so may need to schedule a day or two extra for a SC pitstop. Maybe Austin but I don't know--seems like they are the ones that screwed it up in the first place?

Ok. It looks like I need to go back later when parts are available. I live in California so we don’t get much rain

Does anyone have the answer to the question that has been asked a few times: How will Tesla be handling this recall? On a voluntary basis by contacting service? Or will they proactively reach out? Does anyone know? There does not appear to be a "recall" option in the app.
I tried to book an appointment “because the NTSC app said my VIN was affected” but they asked me to cancel it until I get an email so that they have a service code to reference.

Just picked up our car last Thursday and had to wait an extra few days due to the windshield wiper motor replacement but didn’t hear anything about the trim piece.

Obviously not a software update so how does tesla usually handle this type of recall? Do they schedule an appointment for us or does a mobile tech come out?
Yes to both. They can do either depending on their service availability. I am guessing we will hear soon how demanding and time-consuming the wiper motor replacement will be, whether it is practical for mobile service.

To be fair, I think the recall notice posted on NHTSA may have actually dropped today. So, wouldn't be surprising if EVERYONE at all SCs know about it yet.
NHTSA recalls usually have 2 dates, one for notification to owners and an earlier one for notification to service centers. When you contacted them they may not have received theirs yet.
