That’s logical. To have a customer apply for financing when you aren’t confident of a timeframe of delivery/closing could be seen as violation of regs due to the potential unfair impact to the customer.I don't see how that would work unless they knew they could deliver in a certain time frame. Approvals are only good for so long. Are people supposed to just keep applying for loans every 30 days until they figure out how to get these made?
If I have to re-apply for financing, I will be made whole in some fashion. ?
