From my understanding this is state-regulated. In CA as example, light bars cannot be driven on public streets with the light bar on and actually are supposed to be covered when driving.

I’m still waiting on “shop credit”. My Beast delivery was 5/2. I never filled out original survey but got a second one around 6/10 and filled that one out.

I actually have used all my previous light bars to signal pedestrians and cars to “go ahead”. Obviously you can use headlights for this, but it’s really served me well.

I would think it’s how you aim them(if possible) I know that there is a minimum height for lights on a vehicle but not a maximum height. If you could aim it so it doesn’t shine further than your low beams then you would be good, looks like the beam spread is pretty wide on these, so might be difficult/impossible. You could also put a dark tint on them, or get a converter and only run them at 12v.
