😡 Alerts Galore! Suggestions?

My truck has been PERFECT for 2 1/2 months and 9500 kms. I get in it today and all these alerts pop up. The main issue for driving, is there is no regen breaking and the truck starts rolling when it’s in gear. Super weird driving this tank without regen. Also, fsd doesn’t work. I tried the soft reset, pressing both scroll buttons at the same time… and nothing. I tried this 3 times and it didn’t solve anything. Next I went into the service screen and did a factory reset. This didn’t help either. Anything else I can try? I’m about 300 miles from a service center.

Have u tried calling in and have them do remote diagnostics? They can see quite a few things and will confirm if u need to make that 300 mile trip in or not

Go in to your Service menu and take a look at your SERVICE Alerts and see what's malfunctioning. DON'T attempt to change anything, just look and read. Then you can make a competent decision.

I just got mine back from service for this. I would get same errors as your first screenshot once every couple of weeks. They replaced abs module. I’ve only had it back for a week, but no errors so far.

I haven't looked into this, but it's starting to sound like Tesla designed a token-ring style network between the components? So if one goes bad they all error out from lost communication downstream?

Still malfunctioning and driving without regen breaking is just awful

Same here, they replaced an ABS sensor and it was resolved. In the meantime try a reset by pushing both scroll wheels in....

Yeah tried that a bunch of time... no luck. Heading in for service on Thursday!

Pretty much all vehicles have non-redundant communication busses except Cybertruck. It's Etherloop is actually a loop (cyan) and can bypass a break. Even the brake/ABS has dual CAN links (one from each front control module).
As to these errors, they all result from a bad brake/ ABS module.

I was hoping they had a very fault tolerant communication system. I've seen ridiculous stuff in the past like a sensor package in a rear view mirror being faulty and somehow cut off comms to the rest of the loop, preventing the vehicle from starting.

Mine had those same diag alerts and faults. HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit) was replaced.

Update! So… It turns out that rodents are making their way into the area behind the frunk. Apparently they climb up through openings in the suspension. This really sucks because I don’t have a garage. I don’t blame the little buggers as it’s been -10 C lately. Shitty part is, I now have a $2500 bill to pay and have to wait another week to get my truck back. Any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again? Thanks!
