I'm not

I live in Phoenix and it's pretty flat roads and I wasn't on the freeway. I did another test today (driving in chill mode) and I started at a distance 143mi (after conditioning) I drove 6.4mi round trip and my car now says 129mi. So, that's a loss of 13mi, this is my first Tesla and I got a beast is this my life now?

Also adding the battery says 43% with 129mi
What is average wh per mile for this trip?

I don't know enough but that sounds like my concern.

I am back home. Sentry mode stayed on while I was away for two nights. I left home 100%, and I returned home with 16% left for a 60-mile round trip. I managed to start a service ticket, but I also fumbled and canceled the previous service ticket for the wiper and sail replacement—arg. I will come back and update you on what seems to be a battery issue.

Update: Just charged the beast and its showing 241mi at 80% charged... This still doesn't make sense to me, so a 100% charge SHOULD be 400mi, but in reality 320... I don't get it ... (first EV sorry for any confusion)

You have All-Terrain tires, right?

Why do you think your Cyberbeast should have a range of 400 miles per charge? The official number from Tesla, based on EPA test cycles (which is the number displayed at the top of your screen), is 301 miles on A/T tires and 320 miles on All-Season tires.

241 miles at 80% charge translates directly to 301 miles at 100% charge. It looks like your BMS (Battery Management System) had fallen out of calibration and has now self-corrected.

I hope so, thanks to your comment I have confidence again!

That number is meaningless. You should always only look at %.

Long term, % is meaningless since capacity drops.
Short term, % is meaningless because of inconsistent topography.

Always look at miles.

This is a religious conversation I feel. Personally I have never looked at the miles left on any of my ride. Fuel gauge when ICE, % when EV.

Is it possible half of the battery if malfunction so it only using 61.5kwh instead of 123kwh? Then all the power consumption makes sense.
