I actually emailed the arbitration department asking for a refund for my deposit. I told them that based off of the contract language their delay reasoning was based on manufacturing issues not preferential treatment because the owner wants better visibility. I stated that it was a flagrant violation of the language in the contract for them to accelerate other individuals to the front of the line for a monetary price. Arbitration said they would either refund my deposit or ensure communication regarding my delivery from this point forward. I woke up this morning with a VIN.

Crazy how you squeaked a little and the grease showed up in your inbox. . SMH. What’s the email address for arbitration? I need to complain to someone who isn’t gonna tell me there’s nothing they can do.

So that's how you get a vin :)

No vin or communication here and yet another Friday, and yet you are on your second in about the same amount of time! (I seem to remember we had similar RN's)

Anyway I hope it all works out for you and you get some sort of refund through the arbitration, though it looks like they working to "ensure communication regarding my delivery from this point forward."

Same for me in Washington State. I configured AWD on 12/21 and got my VIN today. For me however, I received the email before I had a chance to start my daily app refresh schedule?
