1st Totaled Cybertruck Might be Restored by DIYer - Bought Cheapest Cybertruck In World?

Collision happened in Kansas City, MO USA in May of 2024.

The perp vehicle (Ford Edge SUV) looks like this after the collision

The Cybertruck was T-boned on the passenger side, forced up over the street curb and then crashed into street pole on driver side.

Cybertruck driver shaken up but fortunately only physical injury was arm suffered rug burn from air bag deployment.

All front air bags deployed including air bags in front seats.
Driver side rear steer on driver side badly damaged. Probably caused by hitting street curb.
Extensive damage to B-pillar and both passenger side doors.
Damage to front passenger quarter panel & frunk
Damage to driver side from pole.

The elderly Cybertruck owner said Cybertruck drives better than any vehicle he had ever driven and the Cybertruck owner said he has replacement Cybertruck on order.

I do not think this is going to be "restored" This is the guy who put a Honda Minivan body on a Model S Plaid and is currently doing the same on a Model X. I met a friend last night (he follows the channel) and was telling me about their plans for the salvaged CT.

A friend of mine recently found her Model S totaled about one year ago running around somewhere in Europe. Obviously, Tesla is repairable, so is this CyberTruck, though not easy.
