All software has a version of FSD.

The holiday update comes with 12.5.4.2 according to Teslascope.
Wouldn't that mean we'll get a different version of the holiday update since CT is already ahead of that version?

Yes. CT has its own version of FSD, so we'll wait. I hope it's a version of 13, but I doubt that.

Would love to see Garmin watches integrated into the ecosystem. Had it, but then Tesla closed down the nonpaid API :(

Yeah, but isn't the iwatch useless without pairing it with an iPhone? Tbh, I would buy an iwatch if I could get all the functionality with an android phone. Mainly because the health features are much better than android wear options.
All this is great, But I am still waiting to get Power Share after 8 mo. Oh! I have owned and been driving Tesla's for 9 Years Service and communication has really gone downhill. But I will say one of my Tesla's S is now going on 9 ears old with no issues. One of the reasons I bought the Cybertruck was for the power share.

Lots of good stuff this time! Way better than last years Tesla Christmas update.

I’ll use the set arrival energy on road trips. Cross traffic alerts are nice to have. I’m interested to see how much bigger the rear view camera image is.

Weather overlay is a good idea too.

Biggest one is watching dashcam clips and saving to the phone. That’s been needed for a long time.
Hope they don't forget Android. Users

I saw on notateslaapp that the public release of the holiday update went out on the 5th, but no one here has gotten it yet? I’d really, really like to get some of the features before the 18th (road trip). Of course, I’d also like to get FSD 13. Maybe all of this is asking too much.

I think we already know that Cybertruck releases tend to be behind those for other models, give or take a Cybertruck-specific bug fix. In part that might be because the number of Cybertrucks is lower, so not so much data coming in.

Every day I look at https://teslascope.com/software/2024.44.25.2
the number of vehicles (but zero Cybertrucks) goes up. And that only reflects people using the Teslascope app, so the real number is doubtless much larger.

The Cybertruck release might not even be the same version number.

We can hope we get it before the end of the year, but I wouldn't go further than that unless someone from Tesla speaks to when those features will come to Cybertruck.

The CT will have a completely different build as it has its own version of FSD.

3 years ago there were Beta testers and then everyone else had no FSD baked in the software. The "normal" build of the Holiday update went to users the first and 2nd week of December and FSD users got it on Christmas day.

Hopefully it's not that delayed.

The watch app can display on the watch and show the truck status without the vehicle update. It needs the vehicle update to control anything, probably to work as a key, too.

So I doubt the Cybertruck update is public yet.

I'm kind of hoping that update will also be the FSD 13.2 one, be lots of goodies then. But we'll see.
You can control your CT from your watch with the Tessie App...

Thanks for the link. According to it, our MYLR should be getting the update notice any time now. As for the CT being later, it may be true (seems obvious now) but it won't be a holiday update if it doesn't happen by Christmas. Now that they have the update going out to S3XY vehicles on both HW3 and HW4 maybe they can focus on getting it for the CT.
