Tesla did not run the sale through the IRS portal at delivery, therefore it is not eligible for the 30D credit.
Any returns with forms referencing a VIN and SSN that was not submitted will be rejected. This has been seen with e-filing.

And MSRP is the $100k number.

Both are issues. FS wouldn't qualify with any battery. It's too expensive.

FS there is nothing inherently different between FS and non-FS CT, it really just a question of how Tesla invoices it.
