And as I have explained, I wasn't able to actually choose tires other than AS, nor be able to talk to TESLA EMPLOYEES for further details before meeting the deadline of tax incentive.
Instead of answering the potential customers questions, they simply texted me, are you ordering or are you gonna wait

Right, that's not illegal and I made my own decision. But as I've been saying all along, it wasn't an informed decision.
You didn't have the option for AT tires in your configurator?

It may have been lost in the threads you are jumping back and forth in, but I didn't see anything about tax incentive. To this point, the CT doesn't quality for the point of sale tax credit, but it does the business one.

This started by you saying, " Given the situation, you don't think customers who opted AS tires and Tactical Grey deserve a price deduction of $5,500? The preference is aside the point."

This is the point where it was no longer a serious conversation for all the reasons multiple people listed.

I missed this explanation and search only shows this post where you use "tax" or "incentive". What tax incentive are you talking about?
I tried to find it as well.

I did not give much detail as I believe Tesla should not offer the AS or White trim during FS run if there will be price discrepancy.
It started out as just AT/White and people were declining, so Tesla opened it up. The take rate on the grey is pretty high. They were trying to sell the FS package to make the truck profitable. People bought in. I've seen like 2 complaints about it.

Those are the winter tires.
Correct (I know that’s not directed at me to head off any confusion) and I bought those too using my credit.

That's a good purchase.

I got the tent and I thought it would be a ripoff, but it's really cool. I'm really happy with it after 2 uses.

How did you know that?
Right off the bet I'd say it's not the case, else they'd up charge the gray.

The AT tires and the White were listed as the included upgrades for Foundation Series. That was the case for months. Then they provided options for grey/AS tires.

We had people here saying, "I'm waiting for the Grey" or "AS"...People were sitting on orders until those popped up, because the rumor was they were coming at some point.

Grey/Black is always the base on Teslas. There are many who prefer the dark interior.

What’s wrong with just deciding which color you like best. Deciding if you’re willing to pay the asking price for whatever it is, then just I don’t know… LIVE WITH THE DECISION YOU MADE FFS!

It’s the ultimate flex getting the cyberbeast foundation and leaving $5500 on the table while doing it. I’m just pissed about how much of a rip off the whole thing felt like when the non foundation came out. Maybe the non foundation cyberbeast won’t have the laser etched Cerberus but I doubt it. It’s pretty much guaranteed to maximize chump feelings when I had to wait till September to get it and the non foundation came out soon afterwards.

If you use other companies sly tactics to justify Tesla's unethical practice to tell yourself it's ok, it's fine by me.

But asking me to be happy about the purchase with Tesla and stop complaining about it, it's a NO. And I'm not the only one. I find it funny, as customers yourselves (I assume), you people try to silence us.
Are you one of those whose kid is in the restaurant bawling their head off and doing nothing to try to quieten them?

Honestly, it's what you are doing.

Just because it wasn't obvious to you, doesn't mean that it was wrong.
