Why? You knew that you declined the options when you made the order. You willfully paid for the removal.
They were explicitly listed as part of the Founders Package.

When the model 3 first came out I got the performance stealth with the downgraded wheels because I drive 30k miles a year. I wanted the same option for cybertruck. When the non foundation configuration became published I couldn’t help but feel some regret. May Elon have mercy on my soul.

Tactical grey nursing shoes don't exist for a reason. Looks dirty. Just like the interior trim after driving white interior for 20k miles. Grey looks "Temu" "Wish" or "Kirkland" to me now.

The answer is no, but I'm curious why you think the discount should be $5500. You still got the interior and wheels. Wouldn't the amount be the options you took minus the options you got? Maybe $2k at best.

It would have made more sense to take the all-terrain tires and rims and buy the stock set once Diet FS hit the market and everyone sold those sets to upgrade to aftermarket wheels and tires.

I don't understand what is funny about this practical question, people. If Tesla charges more for an item, regardless if you like the said more expensive item or not, as long as you did NOT choose it, you should pay less.
