That's really illogical.

Doesn't matter what the problem is here, just that it's un-drivable.

Illogical. Ok.
Tesla Cybertruck 6 days in and nothing but problems 1000010975

3+ repair attempts of the SAME defect. Seems like I was being logical.

That’s only half the story. Virginia is the same as most other states. Once you hit 30 cumulative days, it doesn’t matter what the problem is. VA law reads

If you have tried unsuccessfully to have your new vehicle (purchased in Virginia) repaired three or more times for the same problem, or the vehicle has been out of service for more than thirty days in one year, your vehicle may be classified as a lemon under the Virginia Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act

Also, I don't see what you posting an advertisement is going to change if the policy or law is illogical or not. Plenty of laws don't do what they say they're supposed to do, some of them even never had a plausible explanation how.

I was showing you that it makes sense that I said the lemon law refered to having the same problem 3 times... I thought that was obvious.

Did you actually get a new pack? Tesla usually replaces with remanufactured packs. Invoice will say 'reman'.
I'm not this guy, but I am getting a new pack on my cyberbeast according to Tesla Service. (they likely don't have any remanufactured cyberpacks yet.)
Mine had been in the shop for almost 2 months now... for the charger connection and the speakers not working... they can't figure out the issues
Dang. 2 months. Nightmare fuel. I took mine in for some small things and it ended up needing a new battery and new driver seat, so it sounds like it will be an extra two weeks
