Lemon laws are often much more complicated that that. Many require multiple visits to the dealership. Just make sure to log it all and look at state Lemon Laws, if any.

Give them a chance. Sometimes odd issues are just hard to find.

A good amount of states follow that 30 day rule for lemons, or 4 attempts to repair the issue.
