Did you actually get a new pack? Tesla usually replaces with remanufactured packs. Invoice will say 'reman'.
Even a remanufactured pack would be less than 6 months old

they are using my car as basically a case study, taking pictures, using top engineers, etc. Not sure what to make of all this.
It's never good when the doctor looks at your test results and says "Well, that's interesting"

Yes, so I went down to Tesla to get all my stuff out of the truck, since I wasn’t going to be able to take it on my road trip, and let them know that nobody from customer service has contacted me yet to discuss any type of compensation for having my truck in the shop for so long. They told me this is the first time this has ever happened to any CT and they thanked me for my patience and that they are using my car as basically a case study, taking pictures, using top engineers, etc. Not sure what to make of all this.
Drove my truck for 3 days before it was towed to the service center and it has been there for the past week. Today was pickup day, but the truck wasn’t ready. Go figure. No information on why it wasn’t ready nor why nobody bothered to contact me.

I arranged earlier this week with the SC manager that if for some reason the repair went past Friday I would need a loaner and I need a model X to accommodate 3 car seats. I was assured that was no problem. That was a lie. No model x loaner available and no model x loaner will be available in the future.

I let them know how wildly inappropriate the lack of communication and transparency is. They apologized. ?‍♂

I feel the same. They keep pushing my date back too. It is really frustrating. They keep saying they are waiting on a part and now figured out they are waiting for THE part. They have yet to give me a loaner.

Just an update….still no truck. Unbelievable. Reaching almost 30 days in shop. In TN the only thing protecting me is the Lemon Law here. You, as a consumer, must sign the silly contract that Tesla forces you to sign, to protect them (like it being able to sell after you purchase), but we do not have any protections from this level of craziness. Again, we have been early adopters of Tesla starting with the X and we are huge fans of this company but this is unacceptable. I have yet to be contacted by any type of consumer support. They did offer to cover my first month of payment but not even sure that will happen. Never got a loaner. Had to cancel and rebook a Turo for a road trip and paid double the amount. Just crazy. Super disappointed. Can you imagine this???

You’ve hit lemon law requirements now, haven’t you? I would file
The problem is they said I would have to get back in line to get another truck. I asked if there are any exceptions and they are checking. Super frustrating.

Sounds like a ploy to entice you not to file. I’d file it and let the mediators work that out. I bet you’d get another faster than you think.

My experience has been similar to yours. Took it in for something I was told would be 3 day fix. I am almost at 26 days and counting. There was very little transparency other than short messages "waiting on parts". I finally asked for the service manager to call me. He was gracious and explained a few different problems. Said "we have 3 different engineer team" working on it and it was their top priority. My original problem ended up being fixed, but there was damage to 2 other components in the process and so I continue to wait. If something happens beyond this I may have to look at other options to either get refunded or get another truck.

Had this experience with the model 3 release. Within the first 3 months of ownership I had a ton of issues. Hood latch sensor thought my frunk was always open, it actively tried to prevent me from driving but found a work around. My tail lights had water ingress issues, fogging completely over. Driver door seals just fell off. Front right headlight simply quick working. It was nuts.

To Tesla's credit, they fixed everything, often coming to my location to do so. Now the same car is at 160k miles and hasn't had any issues since <10k miles.

Every state is different but most have a 30 day clause for any and all causes. OP is in Tennessee and their lemon law reads…Tennessee qualifies a lemon as a vehicle that has gone through 4 unsuccessful repairs attempts of a defect, or has been out of service for 30 calendar days …

I am now day 39. Today I was scheduled to pick up. They messaged me yesterday saying they got the parts meaning today would still be the pick up day. Just got a message stating next Wednesday as pick up day which would be 43 days. INSANE. And still nobody has contacted me from Tesla. The poor guys at the service shop are trying their best (I believe) but this is just crazy. To pay for a car you do not have. And it hurts because I absolutely love driving it! I still want it. But just wish there was better customer service.
