I think we’re on the same page, I’m saying that wraps are expensive, and not overpriced. $30/hr was just the from a quick search for what window ringers get paid an hour, which I way lower than I thought, our Taco Bell starts at $21 an hour.Here in Los Angeles the dudes standing out side Home Depot want $25 a hour to dig a hole at your house so I would def say a good wrapper should be payed more then $30. I’m also not spending 18 hours to wrap it.
another thing I’m not seeing here is you’re also paying for the quality of film used and brand names if you are into the $4500 range. I come from the “you get what you pay for “ way of thinking. But yeah I’m sure they make it up a bit when they know you dropped $100k on the truck they know 5k isn’t a problem, also if you ask your wrapper if he’s going to go around the edges and he says know and charging you $4500 then yeah you are probably getting stiffed a bit
